CARS AND WHEELS LEARNING PRINTABLE – MATERIALS:
- Cars and Wheels Free Printable (scroll down to the DIY printable card to get it)
- Markers or crayons for coloring
- 0.75” or 1” dot stickers in the following rainbow colors (red, yellow, blue, orange, green and purple)
- Dot markers
Here are 4 ways to learn with this fun printable!
Activity 1: Color Matching
Invite your little one to add wheels to each car using dot stickers and do some color matching at the same time!
Peeling and sticking the dot stickers is an amazing fine motor workout for the little fingers.
TIP: For the toddlers or children who are new to handling stickers, peel off the inner white part of the dot sticker sheets. This is going to help them be able to peel off the dot stickers on their own.

Activity 2: Letters/ Numbers Matching
This is a good one for preschoolers who are learning their letters and numbers. Write letters or numbers on the dot stickers and in the spaces where the wheels are supposed to be.

Now invite your child to add the dot stickers as wheels and match the letters/ numbers at the same time.
Activity 3: Dot the Wheels
Not dot stickers or if your little ones are not sticker fans? You can use dot markers as the wheels instead! Another fun option will be to use finger paint and make finger prints as the wheels.
Activity 4: Color the Cars
Save the printable from the previous activities for this one. Invite your little ones to color the cars in any colors they like. Watch them design and create their dream cars!
