How do you make Frankenstein Monster Paper Tubes?

Step 1. Paint or wrap your tubes in green paper. This will make the base color for Frankenstein’s skin. The fun part is cutting out some shapes from black paper – these will be for details like his hair, jacket, shoes, and eyes. Don’t forget the wacky signature boxed haircut!

Step 2. Next comes some fine motor skills – gluing on all the details! Take your black paper shapes and glue them onto the green tubes however you want.

Get creative with where you place the eyes and how you style the hair.

Step 3: Use markers to add stitches and bolts to make him look extra scientific and spooky. You can also draw on the eyes or get creative with black and white paper to make them as big or spooky as you’d like!

When your Frankenstein is all put together, stand him up and let out your best monster growl! The possibilities are endless for a cute and spooky look.

This recycled craft is super fun and awesome for Halloween! Check out your monster, he looks kind of creepy but also funny, right? I totally think he’d want go trick-or-treating to show everyone his cool green skin and those crazy stitches 😆
