INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1. Print out the template and cut the parts out.

Step 2. Use the parts as a template to trace onto your colored cardstock. 

Step 3. Glue the parts together. 

Step 4. Glue on your child’s photo.

Step 5. Attach the straw also using glue.

Materials

  • Printable template (download HERE)
  • Glitter cardstock or any colored cardstock of your choice
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Straw for the stick
  • Photo of your child’s face printed out, at least 2.5″ wide

Instructions

Step 1. Print out the template and cut the parts out.

Step 2. Use the parts as a template to trace onto your colored cardstock. 

Step 3. Glue the parts together. 

Step 4. Glue on your child’s photo.

Step 5. Attach the straw also using glue.
