1. Print and Cut the Templates
Download and print the Halloween garland template. Cut out the pumpkin, ghost, and cat outlines.
2. Fold and Cut Paper Chains
Fold your paper accordion-style. The dimensions we used are 50 cm x 10 cm strips per color. Place the template on top and cut along the outline. Watch the video in this post to see how.
3. Add Faces and Details

For the pumpkins, cut triangle eyes, nose and a Jack-O-Lantern smile.

For the ghosts, cut out round eyes and nose, and add pink cheeks with a marker for a cute touch.

4. Hang
