Instructions:

  1. Get Ready: Start by printing out the template. We recommend using a thick paper like cardstock. It’s sturdy and absorbs paint well. All you need is a standard size printer, and you’re good to go!
  2. Stamp Those Spooky Fingers: I like to add some paint directly on my child’s hand and brush the paint on. Do this one handprint at a time onto your child’s four fingers, making sure to skip the thumb. Now, press their hand onto one side of the spider web. Do this for both hands, placing the prints side by side on the web, creating a creepy crawly spider!
  3. Spider Eyes: Once the handprint spider has dried, it’s time to give it some personality! Glue on googly eyes for a fun effect. Alternatively, you can paste white circles with smaller black circles in the center to fashion the eyes. Sticker eyes can also work wonders!
