EYE LOVE YOU COLORING VALENTINE CARDS WITH FREE PRINTABLE

These “Eye Love You” Valentine cards from kids make adorable non-candy Valentine class favors. Kids will love coloring them in and adding a googly eye to make it a punny Valentine!

These were inspired by these heartfelt Valentines. We made ours coloring ones with both a boy and a girl option for kids to color in as well as a free printable so all you have to do is print, cut and decorate!

Eye Love You Valentine Cards – Materials:

– Cardstock (white and colored)
Googly eyes
Colored pencils or markers
– Scissors
– Double stick tape

Instructions:

Step 1. First you’ll need to print and cut out the card and the hole in the middle with either scissors or an exacto knife.

Step 2. Color the cards. We decided we couldn’t let the blank faces go un-illustrated, so we filled in the faces as well with features. If you use double-stick tape to add the googly eyes, kids can remove them easily to reveal the faces! However the drawing in of faces is optional.

Step 3. Cut out some paper hearts, tape your googly eye over the face on the card. On the front of the card, tape or glue your heart after the eye and write “You” so it reads “Eye Heart You.”

Once kids open up the cards, they can easily remove the googly eye and see the faces! Or you can skip drawing the faces and glue the eye on.

Don’t these make cute and easy Valentine favors? I love that they are a fun non-candy alternative!
