Boo! These little Halloween mischievous characters pop up out of nowhere to scare the candy out of you. Create your own surprise cups decorated with tissue paper as the spot these tricksters are hiding in. Kids will love making these little puppets bop up and down to hide and reveal themselves for lots of spooky fun!

You can color your own as well. My kids loved making their own puppets.

These make adorable Halloween party or class favors. Or make them for a fun Halloween crafternoon with your kids and a few friends on a playdate!
