Easter is always that first sign that spring is in the air, cleaner, warmer air and the beauty of the world around us in blossom. What better way to celebrate than by making some cardboard tube characters for Easter. Your little chickadee will have fun printing out these fun character tube crafts, and the best part… They’re free! Just download, cut and wrap around a cardboard tube.

– Free printable design (see below)

– Cardstock, printer, scissors

– Paper tubes

– Tape, glue or stapler

Free printable downloads:

Step 1. Print out the design and cut using scissors or a craft knife.

Step 2. Wrap the design around a paper cardboard tube. You can glue, tape or even staple them closed.

Step 3. For the bunny and chick, bend the feet upward being careful not to tear.

Add shredded grass, little treats or toys or even colored Easter eggs to the top of the tube. I hope your little bunny has fun, imaginative play with this Easter printable.
