EASY FROZEN YOGURT FRUIT POPS

Here’s a healthy frozen treat you can pop out any time to hand out to the kids. These easy frozen yogurt fruit pops only take two ingredients and are made with fresh fruit!

Easy Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops – Ingredients:

– Yogurt (we used Greek Honey Yogurt)

– Fresh diced fruit (like strawberries, mango and kiwi)

– You’ll also need popsicle sticks and a mold. I like these 2 oz silicone trays for small portion sizes, but you can use any tray/container on hand.

Instructions:

Dice your fruit into small pieces. Layer the bottom of your tray with the fruit, then fill with yogurt.

Pop your tray in the freezer. After about half an hour, just when the yogurt is just starting to freeze, place your popsicle sticks upright and place back in the freezer until completely frozen.

They yogurt pops slide out easily from the silicone molds when you’re ready to eat them. My kids love eating this healthy frozen treat as “dessert.”

I love the burst of colors from the healthy fruit on top and the portion size is just right at around 2 oz for a small treat.
