MAKE FREEZER PAINT POPSICLES

We had so much fun making our sidewalk chalk popsicles a while back that we decided to make freezer popsicle paints. The sticks are fun for little hands to hold and paint outdoors for a fun summer activity!

Freezer Paint Popsicles – Materials:

Popsicle mold

– Washable tempera paints

– Popsicle sticks

Instructions:

Pour paint into your popsicle mold and pop in the freezer. Before the paint gets to hard, pop a popsicle stick inside and then allow to freeze until paint is completely frozen.

Peel the paint popsicles out of the mold and paint away!

We placed a large sheet of white butcher paper outside and painted away.

As you can see the paints are bright and vivid and glide smoothly as they’re melting. You can also mix and match colors to make your own.
