Strawberry Handprint Art – Materials 

  • Red washable paint (like tempera or acrylic)

  • Black paint or marker for seeds

  • White cardstock or watercolor paper

Instructions:

1. Print the template out. Use letter size paper 8.5″ x 11″ and print in portrait (vertical mode). I recommend using thick white cardstock or printable watercolor paper so the paint can absorb better than thin copy paper.

2. Paint your child’s handprint red using washable nontoxic paints like acrylic. You can use a foam brush or paint brush. Once the paint has dried, use a black marker (paint markers or a Sharpie work best) to add small black strawberry seeds.
