3D Honeycomb Paper Christmas Tree – Materials:
- Green construction paper or colored paper (45 sheets, 8.5″ x 11″ paper)
- Our printable Christmas tree template
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue

Christmas Tree Craft – Instructions
Print & Cut the Template
Print the tree shape template.
Cut out the template — this will be your tracing guide.
Trace the Tree
Fold an A4 green paper in half.
Place the template along the folded edge and trace around it.
Cut the Tree Shape
Cut along the traced line while the paper is still folded.
Open it to reveal a full tree shape.
Make More Trees
Use the same template to trace and cut many identical tree pieces upto 45 pieces.
Fold Each Tree in Half
Fold every tree cutout piece in half vertically.
Add Glue
Start with unfolding 1 tree piece, Add thin horizontal glue lines on one half as shown, fold and press again.
Stack & Stick
Add thin horizontal lines on the folded half but make sure these lines come between the previously glued lines beneath, so that they do not get stuck together.
Press another folded tree on top.
Repeat the same process by gluing + stacking all your pieces together.
Open into a Tree
Gently open the stack into a full circle shape.
Glue and Press edges together so it forms a standing 3D tree.
Fluff the Layers
Use your fingers to spread the layers and make the tree look full and fluffy.
Done!
And your beautiful 3D Christmas tree is ready to display and decorate.
