RAINBOW FROZEN FRUIT YOGURT HEARTS KID SNACK


Valentine’s Day is all about the sweets, but that doesn’t mean you can’t serve up some healthy treats. We love making frozen yogurt treats for the kids and these colorful rainbow fruit yogurt hearts provide an alternative healthy Valentine treat that are a super easy and fun to make.

Rainbow Fruit Frozen Yogurt Hearts – Ingredients:

– Yogurt (we used lowfat vanilla yogurt)
– Diced fruit in rainbow colors (blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, mango)
Heart mold

These are so easy to make! Simply add yogurt to the top of your heart mold and fill tops with diced fruit. Freeze until frozen – a few hours. Pop out of the mold and enjoy as a yummy frozen healthy Valentine treat!

The kids loved this mildly sweet treat from the naturally sweetened fruit and vanilla yogurt. You can mix this up by adding different fruit toppings and other flavored yogurts. You an also add nut, chocolate chips, and other chopped treats on top.
