Tissue Paper Picado (via You Are My Fave) If you love the look of paper picado garlands, this is an easy five-minute version using a punch kit and some colorful tissue paper.

Mini Tassel (via Studio DIY) This mini tissue paper garland is so cute it would add a bit of whimsy to any kids’ room, not just a party.
