What We Thought About The Föm Mania
The installation was a breeze, all you need are 6 DD batteries. You untwist the bottom and then fill it with Föm concentrate (the pouch that comes with the Föm Mania is perfectly portioned). Then fill the rest of the bottom canister with water, twist the top back and press a button! Voila! Watch as bubbly airy foam magically starts streaming out.
My kids just loved the soft pile of foam that came out. They squeezed it with their hands and watched the foam bubbles pop, and lathered it around for a great sensory activity!
We did try using the Föm Mania Fömalanche two ways by adding the pre-portioned pouch and adding the refill container. We wanted to see what would happen if we added more solution. We found that using more solution to water ratio resulted in more clear bubbles like the kind you create with bubble wands. Adhering to the pre-portioned pouch led to whiter, airier foam.
Both my kids loved the variety of bubbles they could create! We encourage you to try it out in different ways and test the results!
What We Thought About The Foam Blaster
This was definitely the favorite alternative to my older kids who are 11 and 13! I would recommend the blaster for ages 6+ so you can easily maneuver and hold the blaster. You’ll need to pull it back and watch the foam start squeezing in the blaster before you pull it forward and spray! My kids had a blast trying to tag each other and seeing who could blast foam the furthest distance!
How do you clean up the foam?
We got foam all over the lawn, on my kids’ bodies and even occasionally on their faces and I can say that Föm Mania’s claim of being tear-free and non-toxic proved true for us. There were no allergic or harsh reactions on my kids’ bodies or faces. After we finished playing it was a breeze to simply hose the foam, my kids and the lawn at the same time! The foam will also dissolve into nothing and you don’t need to clean it up.
Would we recommend Föm Mania?

What I love is the ability to play with kids of various ages. Mine are 4, 11 and 13, a wide range of ages, and they all had fun!
