MINI PRETZEL LOG GRAHAM CRACKER GINGERBREAD HOUSE

These mini pretzel log gingerbread houses are a fun twist for kids to make because of their tiny size and use of graham crackers. So much easier than fiddling with making your own gingerbread. The A-frame tent sizes are easy for kids to “build” too!

The pretzels are a cute addition to making these snow-capped cozy log houses. My kids had a blast building these adorable gingerbread houses.

Mini Pretzel Log Graham Cracker Gingerbread Houses – Ingredients:

– Graham crackers
– Pretzel rods
– Icing (we love this ready-made one which dries hard and can be found in most supermarkets)
– Festive holiday sprinkles, mini candies

Instructions:

You’ll need 3 squares per house. Two for the roof and one for the base.

Step 1. First break your pretzel rods to about the length of your graham cracker. We used 4 rods per roof side. Start by adding icing to the graham cracker and “gluing” the rods. Do this for both roof sides and allow to dry.

Step 2. Then add icing to the bottom base and the top seams holding down for a few seconds. Allow to dry for a few minutes before sprinkling.

Step 4. The last step is adding icing to the roof and sprinkling on candy, sprinkles or whatever small edible treats you have on hand. Allow your house to dry and you’re done!
