DIY CHALK BUBBLE QUOTE DECALS

I love switching out the kids’ room often so decals are an affordable way to go with minimal fuss. Here’s a super easy way to make your own chalk decals that encourage kids’ creativity by drawing away!

DIY Chalk Bubble Quote Decals – Materials

Chalkboard contact paper

– Chalk (we love these bright liquid chalk markers from Fun Chalk)

– Scissors

Instructions:

The steps are pretty simple, you can freehand draw bubble quotes like we did, cut them out and stick them to the wall. Make sure to apply to the wall slowly and press down any air bubbles. In our experience, the contact paper sticks well to the wall and can be removed without any residue.

Once you’ve applied the paper, you can write, doodle, and draw away! Wipe clean with a slighty damp cloth to start over. You can use regular chalk or liquid chalk markers for brighter colors.

What are some of your favorite chalk activities to do with the kids? You can also use chalk contact paper to make a chalkboard refrigerator or robot!
